Design Experience (12 yrs)
I worked for Caterpillar in Hybrid vehicle design, R&D & Engine Engg. I developed software applications using state of the art FEM & Modal Modeling method. I co-authored a patent in control device.
Sales & Marketing (8 yrs)
I moved to Mumbai to join Hinditron in Sales. I was responsible for selling T&M & Computer products of US Cos. I was responsible for recruiting, sales & technical training, Road Shows and Marketing of more than 20 leading US cos. Rep'ed.
Management Experience
I was appointed COO of Hinditron Tektronix & sold Tektronix products in India.TMI of Tektronix contributed significant knowledge to I&B, Aerospace, Telecom and
Defense Electronic industry of India.
Education (20+) I have BSEE from BVM, MSEE from U. of Idaho. I took courses in Computer Application towards Ph.D. while working with Caterpillar by distance learning from U. of Illinois.
Awards Indira Gandhi award from Gov. of Karnataka, Wisitex Foundation award from President of India (handed by Gulam Nabi Azaad)
I am Paul Harris Fellow & Rotarian. I am/was on the Boards of Apson Group, Accelwork Inc. Smart Yantra (P) Ltd. Trade & Tech Center for Electronics (State of Karnataka) Active member of CII, convenor of IT group, CII(K), IACC petron member.
